KRAHS builds GrapheneOS privacy phones in four protection levels — Red, White, Orange and Green. Here is exactly what each includes and what it costs, from the install-only tier to a fully managed custom team build.

Red Level / GrapheneOS Only

Price: 500 EUR service fee + device price (added live at checkout). Minimum order: 1 phone.

Best for: User who wants GrapheneOS installed and then will manage everything alone

Included:

Device price is live searched and added to €500 install/configuration fee.

White Level / Privacy + Number

Price: 500 EUR service fee + device price (added live at checkout). Minimum order: 1 phone.

Best for: Privacy-focused phone that still needs phone number/SMS option

Included:

Less strict than data-only setups because phone number/SMS creates more exposure.

Orange Level / Managed Privacy

Price: 500 EUR service fee + device price (added live at checkout). Minimum order: 1 phone.

Best for: One user who wants managed privacy setup without full custom team infrastructure

Included:

Device price is live searched and added to service/data options.

Green Level / Paranoia Custom

Price: from 2400 EUR, custom quote. Minimum order: 5 phones.

Best for: Private team/family/group who wants controlled communication circle

Included:

Custom quote only. Best for 5–20 people. Crux/KRAHS Chat, the data-only service model and the Restore workflow remain research or roadmap items and are not part of an order yet.
